– Changes are undoubtedly an element of our lives, said the Zgorzelec county police commander, junior inspector Leszek Zagórski. – In every service, people take up positions and leave those positions. Commander Daniel Labiszak left his position at his own request. To ensure continuity of police work in Bogatynia, it was necessary to fill the position as quickly as possible with the best person. Senior Commissioner Tomasz Rogulski, the former deputy commander of the station, entered the recruitment competition. Thanks to his appropriate professional knowledge, I decided to appoint him commander of the Police Station in Bogatynia.
– The priority I would like us to focus on is ordinary, common crime. What bothers the residents of Bogatynia most, what causes them the greatest trouble, is the destruction of property and burglaries, emphasized the new head of the Bogatynia police station. – I am referring to property damage and break-ins.
