They Spent Two Days in a Hotel. They Did Not Pay for the Room and Also Stole Electronic Equipment

Police officers from Legnica arrested two people suspected of fraud and theft. A 22-year-old man and a woman of the same age rented a room in a hotel in Legnica. They checked in using the 22-year-old's genuine identity card.

After two days, they left the hotel without paying. What is more, the staff also found that electronic equipment worth approximately PLN 1,300 was missing.

Police officers arrested the 22-year-old man last week. The woman fell into the hands of the officers this Monday. Both are residents of Legnica. He had previously been convicted of crimes against property and had served two prison sentences.

Both now face up to eight years in prison.
