The conference took place on 5 December. Its main theme was “Offensive actions in the game model”. Coaches from Hertha Berlin and Anderlecht Brussels, among others, shared their knowledge. In addition, the discussion panel featured Lech Poznań coach and member of the Football Academy Honorary Lodge Maciej Skorża, as well as Bodo Menze, head of the Youth Development Committee at the European Club Association and former director of the Schalke 04 Gelsenkirchen academy.
Another star of the conference was Dan Abrahams, a world-renowned sports psychologist and author of the books “Soccer Tough” and “Soccer Brain”. His lecture on combating athletes’ loss of concentration and developing habits that enable them to maintain concentration for as long as possible captivated the stands, which were filled with an audience of one thousand. On the second day, the coaches had the opportunity to see how top teams performed in the Lech Cup tournament for under-12 players. Chelsea London, Sporting Lisbon, Hertha Berlin, Schalke 04, Anderlecht and others took part.
