On Teddy Bear Day, the preparatory groups A and B and four first-grade classes set off on a journey through Bear Land and Teddy Bear Land. Third-grade classes III a and III b helped them on this adventure. The event was organized by Monika Grzyb and Małgorzata Oleś. On that day, the sports hall was decorated with colorful posters featuring bears, as well as slogans and messages related to the “All of Poland Reads to Children” social campaign. It was colorful and joyful.
The invited guests read the children The Adventures of Teddy Fluff, written by Czesław Janczarski: Deputy Mayor Kornel Filipowicz, Istotne.pl journalist Grażyna Hanaf, and manager of CIK Orzeł Jacek Dudyński.
The children completed task sheets, assembled puzzles related to the adventures of Teddy Fluff they had heard, danced to music in Teddy Bear Land, and presented poems and rhymes. In Bear Land, after welcoming the mascot bears, they sang about the bears’ adventures. The points earned in several competitions were awarded to the children by MZS No. 3 headteacher Irena Sikora-Kołodyńska. At the end of the event, sweet surprises and certificates went to the participants, while thanks went to the friendly guests.
