Organized groups will be transported free of charge by coach from the car park near the Municipal Office to the RIPOK facility and back. On site, there will be a presentation of how the facility operates, including:
- the newly opened and modern municipal waste sorting plant
- the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point
- the biowaste composting plant
- the landfill and waste cells.
The presentation aims to show Legnica residents the municipal waste management system, as well as how waste is packaged and managed. Groups will travel around the landfill grounds by coach with a guide.
Anyone interested in taking part in this informative tour is asked to contact the Municipal Office’s Municipal Waste Management Department in person, by telephone at 76 72 12 340 or 76 72 12 343, or via email at gok@legnica.eu.
