In the opening minutes of the match, the visitors imposed a fast pace. However, this did not lead to any dangerous scoring chances. BKS, on the other hand, attacked more threateningly. Early in the match, Marcin Kraśnicki had a chance to score and twice tried to beat the visiting goalkeeper. What Marcin failed to do, Jacek Bochnia managed to do in the 11th minute. The BKS player took advantage of a corner delivered by Jakub Kosior and headed the ball past the Orzeł goalkeeper. In the 23rd minute, Bolesławiec could already have been leading 2–0, but Emmanuel Ohagwu’s shot from a few metres out was too weak to surprise the goalkeeper. Toward the end of the first half, the players from Ząbkowice also had their chance, but BKS goalkeeper Rafał Mazur came out victorious in a one-on-one situation.
After the break, the Bolesławiec supporters saw three more goals. Emmanuel Ohagwu fully made amends for missing the chance in the 23rd minute. Popularly known as Manu, he beat the goalkeeper from Ząbkowice twice. First, in the 75th minute, he took advantage of Marek Dudka’s assist and fired an unstoppable shot just inside the post. Seven minutes later, he put the ball in the net again, this time after a pass from Radosław Pawlusiński. It is worth noting that Manu surprised the goalkeeper by scoring with his heel. The visitors also had a chance, but just as in the first half, the BKS goalkeeper kept a clean sheet. In the 87th minute, Michał Kapusz set the final score at 4–0 for BKS. He took advantage of Marek Dudka’s precise cross and headed the ball past the Orzeł goalkeeper. BKS – Orzeł Ząbkowice Śląskie 4–0 (1–0). In the next round, BKS will host AKS Strzegom.
