The author and choreographer of the performance is the studio instructor, Halina Bałacka-Kłak. Nearly 50 young dancers from three groups—Promyki, Nocturn and Modus—will appear on stage. The performance is dedicated to all ceramics producers and employees involved in its production.
This is another project prepared by participants in BOK-MCC’s amateur artistic activities. In January, more than 160 people from five vocal and dance studios performed on stage during the New Year’s concert; in April, at the “From Spain to the Orient” festival, we had the opportunity to see the work of the Oriental Dance Studio and the “Carmen” Flamenco Dance School; and in May, at CIK Orzeł, we listened to a concert by the Song Studio.
In spring, an exhibition of works by five art studios was presented in BOK-MCC’s long gallery. Performances by the cultural centre’s studios also enliven many outdoor events, including the most important ones: City Days and the Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival. Each time, these events attract considerable interest from the public.
The September concert is held under the patronage of Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman. Admission by invitation only.
