This year, 25 people are participating in the project, while since its launch as many as 75 residents of Lubin County have received assistance, including people with disabilities and adult graduates of foster families and care and education facilities.
This year, participants took part in workshops with a career adviser and a psychologist. The classes provided an opportunity to learn about their own professional aptitudes and effective job-search techniques. In addition, in August, people with disabilities went on a two-week rehabilitation stay by the sea in Międzywodzie. There, they were able to benefit from numerous treatments, such as cryotherapy, laser therapy, magnetotherapy, aquavibro therapy and Sollux lamp irradiation.
The final stage of the project began in September: vocational courses in category B and C driving licences, payroll and human resources, forklift operation, backhoe loader operation and computer use.
The entire project is being implemented with financial support from the European Union under the Human Capital Operational Programme.
