Despite their heavy build, these animals are perfectly capable of overcoming a tall rubbish bin. The master of this feat is a tailless male named Wombat. The athletic marmot owes his name to his resemblance to the Australian marsupial.
The family of seven marmots, which can be seen walking around our park, will remain on view until the end of September or the beginning of October. Afterwards, they will hibernate.
