Lubin police officers detained two men, aged 26 and 28. The detention took place at a car chop shop in Polkowice County, where officers found two cars—an Audi A8 and an A4—stolen in Germany. The value of the vehicles was estimated at nearly PLN 200,000.
The perpetrators, residents of Polkowice County, were preparing the dismantled parts for sale. When they noticed the officers, they tried to hide. Without success. They were detained and placed in police custody.
Further proceedings in the case are being conducted by police officers from Polkowice.
