On Saturday after midnight, police officers stopped a Honda car for inspection on Wąska Street in Bolesławiec. It turned out that the 21-year-old driver was drunk. The man had 1.2 per mille of alcohol in his system. In the morning of the same day, on Piastów Street in Bolesławiec, police stopped a 31-year-old Opel Corsa driver. The Opel driver had as much as 3.2 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air.

On Sunday late in the evening, in the village of Nowa Wieś, police officers from Nowogrodziec stopped a 30-year-old man driving an Opel. The Astra driver had 1.3 per mille of alcohol. On the night from Sunday to Monday in Nowogrodziec, officers from the local police station stopped two intoxicated drivers. Both were stopped on Mickiewicza Street. The 44-year-old driver of an Opel Ascona and the 34-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Bus each had 2.4 per mille of alcohol.
