As part of the renovations, eight properties will be refurbished. The roofs will be replaced at Kębłów 9d, Nieszczyce 26b and Radoszyce 25. An apartment at 26 Leśna Street in Rudna will receive a new electrical installation.
The building at 15b Brodów is awaiting a range of renovation works, including mould removal, replacement of window and door joinery, installation of new plaster and flooring, and replacement of the stairs and façade. A complete renovation will also be carried out in the apartment at 32 Rynarcice.
The final two renovations will take place in Rudna, at 7 and 10a plac Zwycięstwa. Among other works, the water and sewage systems, central heating and gas installations, staircase, and window and door joinery will be replaced there.
Separate tender procedures are currently being conducted for each property. Once the contractors have been selected, the renovations will get fully underway, and residents will be able to enjoy a high standard of living for the next several years.
