Several hundred kilograms of food and chemical products were a pleasant pre-holiday surprise for the Children's Home run by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Elizabeth. The orphanage was among two Bolesławiec institutions that received gifts from the Muszkieters Group and Intermarché and Bricomarché stores.
"Each store representative gives a gift to one institution in the town. Last year, we donated gifts to 120 institutions; this year, already to 150, including 23 in Lower Silesia," says Łukasz Dudzic, director of the Bolesławiec Intermarché. In Bolesławiec itself, the recipients were the Children's Home and a soup kitchen for the poor operating at the church on Zamkowy Square. The aid was worth more than PLN 7,000.
The campaign is being organized across Poland for the fifth time by the Muszkieters Foundation. It was established by merchants who run Intermarché and Bricomarché stores.
