The “ON THE WAY TO SUCCESS IN BOLESŁAWIEC MUNICIPALITY” project, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund, is being carried out by the CENTRE FOR DISCOVERING YOUNG TALENTS 2012 Association in partnership with Gmina Bolesławiec in the area of Gmina Bolesławiec from 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2015.
Project objectives
The main objective of the Project is to improve, by 30 June 2015, access to employment for 14 unemployed and economically inactive people aged 18–64 who are at risk of social exclusion for at least one of the reasons specified in Article 7 of the Social Assistance Act, from the rural Gmina Bolesławiec, through occupational activation including career counselling, psychological support, training and internships leading to the acquisition of professional qualifications and employment.
The project’s specific objectives are:
- increasing self-confidence and acquiring the ability to navigate the labour market by 14 unemployed and economically inactive people from the rural Gmina Bolesławiec
- developing communication skills among 14 unemployed and economically inactive people from the rural Gmina Bolesławiec
- acquiring football manager-coach qualifications by 14 unemployed and economically inactive people from the rural Gmina Bolesławiec
- acquiring new managerial and coaching skills and professional experience by 14 unemployed and economically inactive people from the rural Gmina Bolesławiec
Key principles
- participation in the project is free of charge
- The Project Operator covers the costs of renting training and sports halls, including their equipment, the remuneration of training and sports coaches, the preparation of training materials, etc., during the classes
- During the 380-hour training course, participants receive PLN 3 for each hour of training (PLN 1,140 in total)
- during the 6-month internship, they receive PLN 750 per month (PLN 4,500 in total)
- during the training and internships, participants will acquire skills that will allow them to work as:
- football coaches
- sports managers
- fundraisers, including for sports activities financed with international funds
- marketing and sports event organisers

We have two places available on the course: SPORTS CLUB MANAGER AND UEFA B COACH. Therefore, recruitment has been extended and is being conducted continuously – i.e. it will end when two correct and complete applications for the project are received by the project office.
Expected training start date: 11 August.

- a completely and legibly completed application form bearing the Candidate’s handwritten, legible signature
- a photocopy of the Candidate’s identity card or confirmation of residence in Gmina Bolesławiec
