Organizers invite residents of Bolesławiec to take part in the ceremonies. At 5:00 p.m., a roll call will be held at the Anchor (the symbol of Fighting Poland) located by the defensive walls on Kubika Street. Half an hour later, at 5:30 p.m., a historical reenactment entitled “Hour W” will take place in the parking lot at the intersection of Zacisze and Chopina streets, featuring the Historical Reenactment Group, scouts from the Szare Szeregi ZHP District in Bolesławiec, and the 62nd Commando Special Company.
The ceremonies are organized by the Bolesławiec Cultural Center–International Ceramics Center and the Szare Szeregi Polish Scouting and Guiding Association in Bolesławiec. Co-organizers: the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment and the Association of Former Soldiers of the 62 KS Commando. The event received the honorary patronage of Mayor Piotr Roman.
