The largest investments are the construction of Community Houses in Ocice, Kraśnik Dolny and Trzebień. The buildings will have an area of 800 m² and will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Each Community House will include a meeting hall with a stage, rehearsal and exercise rooms, a library, a kitchen with ancillary facilities, a boiler room, restrooms, storage rooms and utility areas. The surrounding areas will be developed, with parking spaces for guests and access roads constructed there. These investments will be completed in the autumn of this year.

The tender for a contractor for the Community House in Nowa Wieś and the redevelopment of the Community House in Stare Jaroszowice has also already been decided. This means that residents of more localities will have spacious, modern places for joint and active activities.

The redevelopment of roads in the villages of Dobra, Brzeźnik, Kraśnik Górny, Kraśnik Dolny, Kruszyn, Nowe Jaroszowice, Otok, Rakowice and Żeliszów is another task whose implementation has already begun.

The aim of Bolesławiec Municipality is for every locality to have a multifunctional sports field and a playground. In fourteen villages, the youngest residents already use colorful and safe playgrounds. Another seven, including those in Otok and Suszki, are under construction. When planning these investments, the municipal authorities strive to create places that are not only safe but also child-friendly. To support children’s physical development, the municipality is building multifunctional sports fields with polyurethane surfaces. There are already twelve such facilities in Bolesławiec Municipality, and the construction of another six will be completed this year. The work is most advanced in Łąka, Golnice and Nowe Jaroszowice, where residents will soon be able to use the facilities.

In addition to construction work, work is also being carried out on landscaping, pavements and fencing.

Additionally, on 23 May, Bolesławiec Municipality Head Andrzej Dutkowski met with the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Cezary Przybylski. During the meeting, the Marshal conveyed a decision to award PLN 100,000 from the physical culture development fund for the construction of a multifunctional sports field in Golnice. The project will be carried out under the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Sports Facilities Development Programme for 2014–2016.
