The Family Festival in Nowa Wieś (Bolesławiec municipality), organized by village head Ryszard Bryłkowski, the Village Council, the Rural Housewives’ Circle and the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Bolesławiec, based in Kruszyn, took place on June 8. The following performed on stage: students of the Primary School in Kraśnik Dolny (vocalists and dancers), the duo Elisa and Denise Laudani, children from the vocal workshop in Kruszyn and the “Żeliszów” Singing Ensemble. There were also athletic competitions.
Among the invited guests were village head Andrzej Dutkowski, deputy village head Roman Jaworski and councillor Henryk Borucki. The latter prepared a surprise for the festival’s youngest participants—two crates of sweets.
