At the Wedding Palace in Bolesławiec, a ceremony was held to mark the fiftieth wedding anniversary of: Janina and Mieczysław Lewandowski, Maria and Władysław Sawicki, Maria and Stefan Wiaderny, Jadwiga and Zdzisław Zalwert.
On the occasion of their anniversary, the distinguished celebrants were honored with certificates and medals for long marital life. Their families and friends accompanied the celebrants during the ceremony. Congratulations and wishes for many years of health and prosperity were offered. The ceremony was enriched by a performance by students from the State Music School in Bolesławiec.
