A sports complex is being built in Bolesławiec at Primary School No. 3. Four courts with polyurethane surfaces are planned: a multifunctional court measuring 22 m x 44 m, a volleyball court measuring 12 m x 22 m, a streetball court measuring 14 m x 12 m, and a badminton court measuring 7.10 m x 16.40 m. The pétanque court, measuring 4 m x 15 m, will have a crushed-stone surface.
The complex will also include a sprint track with a long-jump pit. As part of the project, three permanent stands with approximately 28 seats each will be installed, along with fencing around the courts, including pedestrian gates and technical gates.
The sports complex site will feature a drainage system for the facilities, with water discharged into the existing stormwater sewer, pedestrian and vehicle pathways, and LED lighting. Street furniture, including benches and rubbish bins, will also be installed. The facility will be monitored.
The city has allocated PLN 1,180,000 for this purpose. The contractor is Bud-Ziem from Pszenno. Construction is scheduled to be completed in mid-August.
