The fourth edition of the Powiatowe Forum Organizacji Pozarządowych – organized as part of the Dolnośląski Punkt Konsultacyjno-Doradczy in Bolesławiec at the Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze, operating within the Dolnośląska Sieć Doradztwa Pozarządowego, chaired by the Samorząd Województwa Dolnośląskiego – was held on 16 May at Bolesławiec Town Hall.
The forum was aimed at active leaders and representatives of organizations located in and operating across Bolesławiec County. The event was held under the patronage of the Bolesławiec County Starosta and the Mayor of Bolesławiec.
The theme of this year's meeting was: What is making noise in the statutes and the National Court Register? It provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation between non-governmental organizations and the county and city governments. Everyone who took part could learn about:
- the cost of changes to the National Court Register and when they must be reported;
- the importance of paid and unpaid activities for a non-governmental organization's fundraising;
- what an NGO development strategy is and why it is worth planning one's own development;
- good practices of organizations that learn and develop;
- examples of successful organizations.

The Dolnośląski Punkt Konsultacyjno-Doradczy dla Organizacji Pozarządowych in Bolesławiec invites residents of Bolesławiec County – representatives of non-governmental organizations, groups and rural renewal leaders from the county – to free training.
It will take place on 30 May at Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze (Bolesławiec, Bankowa 6d). It begins at 9:00 a.m.. The organizers will provide participants with training materials, hot and cold beverages, qualified trainers and certificates.
Participants only cover their travel expenses. The training is financed as part of the Dolnośląska Sieć Doradztwa Pozarządowego, implemented with financial support from the Samorząd Województwa Dolnośląskiego by the Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych and Centrum Katastrof i Klęsk Żywiołowych „Tratwa”.
Those who register will gain complementary knowledge and skills concerning teamwork, collective decision-making and motivating others to take action.
