The competition committee received 342 submissions. After several months of work, the committee recognized 70 municipalities, including the golden sixteen. Bolesławiec won among the municipalities of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Our city outperformed Dobroszyce, Jelenia Góra, Lubin, Nowogrodziec, Oleśnica, the Oława Rural Municipality, Święta Katarzyna, Świdnica and Kobierzyce.
The winners of the competition organized by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency were sixteen municipalities offering the most attractive sites for foreign investment. The competition was organized to obtain information about well-prepared investment sites that could be offered to a foreign investor.
