  • Minor 2 glazing machines. Asking price: PLN 46,000 net (in words: forty-six thousand PLN) + VAT
  • Land property (plot no. 132/13, IV precinct), asking price PLN 109,350 gross (in words: one hundred nine thousand three hundred fifty PLN)

The tender will be held at the registered office of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., at 11 T. Kościuszki Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, on 28 May 2014 at 8:00 a.m.

The assets offered for sale may be viewed from 5 May 2014 to 25 May 2014. The person authorized to contact bidders is Radosław Knichał, telephone: 604 515 877.

A bid bond in the amount of PLN 5,658 (glazing machine) and PLN 10,935 (land property) must be paid in cash at the cashier’s office of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” by 26 May 2014.

The minimum bid increment in the case of an oral tender is: PLN 565.80 (glazing machine) PLN 109.35, Zakłady Ceramiczne „Bolesławiec” (land property).

Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “TENDER 28.05.2014” at the secretariat of Zakłady Ceramiczne „BOLESŁAWIEC” Sp. z o.o., 11 T. Kościuszki Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, by 12:00 noon on 27 May 2014.

Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec in Bolesławiec Sp. z o.o. is bound by the offer until 1 June 2014.

The offer should contain

  • 1. The bidder’s first name, surname and address, or the company name and registered office
  • 2. The offered price
  • 3. A statement by the bidder confirming that they have familiarized themselves with the subject of the tender

Instructions

  • Payment of the bid bond is a condition for participating in the tender
  • The bid bond is forfeited to the company if none of the tender participants offers the asking price
  • The bid bond paid by bidders whose offers are not accepted will be returned immediately after the offer has been selected. The bid bond paid by the purchaser will be credited toward the price
  • The bid bond is forfeited to the company if the bidder whose offer is accepted evades concluding the agreement
  • A purchaser who fails to pay the price no later than upon conclusion of the agreement in the form of a notarial deed loses the right to the bid bond
  • If it is determined that several bidders have offered the same price, the tender will continue in the form of an oral auction on the same day, i.e. 28 May 2014 at 10:00
  • The tender may be cancelled
