This year, awards were presented in three categories. Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze performed best, taking first place in the Best Public-Private Partnership category. Andrzej Udzielak’s company "Amma" took second place in the Best Cross-Border Cooperation category. "Manufaktura", owned by Smoleński and Zwierz, won joint third place in the Best Innovation category.
The awards (statuettes, diplomas and money) were presented at a gala held in Liberec, Czech Republic. The competition, organized by the Euroregion Nysa-Neisse-Nisa, is aimed at representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-governmental organizations, local government units and scientific and research institutions. The competition’s goal is to stimulate entrepreneurship and local self-government, and to promote and disseminate innovative achievements in the Nysa Euroregion on the Polish, German and Czech sides.
