The Command of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association’s Szare Szeregi Scout District in Bolesławiec has asked the Bolesławiec City Council to grant honorary citizenship of the city to Scoutmaster Hubert Bonin. As a supplement to the application, councillors received materials containing Hubert Bonin’s biography, his contribution to life in Bolesławiec since 1946, and his services to the city. Hubert Bonin organized Bolesławiec’s first scout troop after the Second World War.
