The website of the Ministry of the State Treasury has published a privatization notice concerning the Zakłady Ceramiczne “Bolesławiec”. By January 10, the Ministry had received two binding offers. They were submitted by:
- Kruszywa Polskie S.A. in Rybaki
- Metropolitan Capital Solutions Spółka z o.o. S.K.A. in Warsaw.
According to the president of Zakłady Karol Stasik, this is already the ninth attempt to privatize the company owned by the State Treasury. “So far, two binding proposals have been submitted. The Ministry must now assess them,” adds the president of ZC “Bolesławiec”.
