The event will take the form of team-based sports competition. The participants – amateur four-person teams made up of adult competitors (attention! the organizers allow one person under 18, over 14 years of age, to take part in a team, provided that they participate together with one of their parents) – will assemble jigsaw compositions (1,500 pieces). In addition to championship titles and trophies, the winners can expect prizes.
The aim of the competition, which will take place on 22 February 2014 at 4:30 p.m. in the GOKiS hall in Kruszyn (1B Kasztanowa Street), is to popularize jigsaw puzzles as an attractive way to spend free time and to develop such abilities as patience, perceptiveness and teamwork. Teams representing institutions, companies and private individuals may enter.
