The young dancers were assessed by Anna “Youya” Jujka, “You Can Dance” winner Maciej “Gleba” Florek, and Jacek Gębura, who works with the Capitol musical theatre.
The winning group performed with: Laura Dolecka, Eryk Kraśnicki, Karolina Mierzwa, Natalka Ładniak, Maja Nitarska, Zosia Wojtowicz, Aleksandra Balińska and Oliwia Jakubowska. The Canon-Sład group also took part in the competition: Piotrek Ładniak, Natalia Mierzwa, Izabela Kalenik, Dominika Piszcz, Martyna Czerner, Sylwia Maczel, Dominika Wilas and Nikola Lechowska.
“Our groups promoted Bolesławiec and BOK-MCC at a high level,” says the group’s instructor, Katarzyna Tomczyk-Jakubowska. “The dancers won the audience’s hearts. Although this time the Canon-Skład group did not reach the podium, I am convinced that the experience and emotions accompanying the competition will contribute to further successes. A kind gesture was the sweet gifts we received from the organiser, Małgorzata Gietler, a resident of Bolesławiec who has been associated with the STEP Dance Theatre in Wrocław for many years,” the satisfied instructor adds.
