The head of the Municipal Environmental Education Centre of the Bolesławiec City Hall Katarzyna Graczyk received an individual award in the Pantheon of Polish Ecology competition. The official was honoured for the “Bolesławiec Acts Ecologically” programme.
The award recognises an environmentally friendly attitude and a strong commitment to environmental protection, both in words and in deeds. The award confirms how important environmental initiatives contribute to improving the condition of the natural environment and human health, as well as how they prevent threats associated with continuous economic development, both locally and worldwide.
