The players of Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Siatkarskie faced Ogień Żmigród on their home court. The entire match unfolded under the hosts’ control. Bolesławiec defeated the team from Żmigród 3:0 (25:21, 25:21, 25:13). The winning team’s coach is Krzysztof Mosiądz.
– Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Siatkarskie operates on a volunteer basis – says president Jacek Łuczkowski. – A group of enthusiasts made it possible for us to meet and experience such great sporting emotions. We got to this point thanks to people of goodwill. No one here is concerned with what they will get out of it. All we care about is having volleyball in Bolesławiec and enabling our team to play. Once again, I appeal to everyone: come and support our club. Thanks to this, during these autumn and winter evenings you will be able to come with your children and cheer on this team. And these players are worth it.
– Our goal is to play as well as possible; in every match we want to show our best side – Krzysztof Mosiądz said after the victory. He added: – We are not aiming for a specific place in the table. Good play is what matters most to us. Time will tell which position we take.
