BKS Bobrzanie’s junior and senior teams recorded valuable victories on Saturday, October 5. The juniors, competing in the Lower Silesian league, defeated Konfeks Legnica 2–1 away from home (the goals for the Bolesławiec team were scored by Kacper Wojciechowski and Norbert Garbacz). Meanwhile, the seniors defeated the higher-ranked Sokół Wielka Lipa 4–1 (2–0) in Bolesławiec.

The fans who decided to attend Saturday’s match witnessed an entertaining game. In the first quarter of an hour, the Bolesławiec side gained the upper hand and confirmed its advantage with a goal. In the 16th minute, Emmanuel Ohagwu beat the visiting goalkeeper with a shot from five metres. Five minutes later, the home side were already 2–0 ahead. Marek Majka was fouled in Sokół’s penalty area, and Wojciech Glanc confidently converted the penalty. In the 33rd minute, “Manu” could have scored again, but with only the goalkeeper in front of him, the BKS striker sent the ball over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, the visitors tested Kamil Kulesza, but the BKS goalkeeper managed to tip the ball over for a corner. Before the break, Zbigniew Mastalerz could have extended the Bolesławiec side’s lead, but this time Sokół’s goalkeeper produced an impressive save.

The fans saw three more goals in the second half. In the 65th minute, Zbigniew Mastalerz embarked on a solo run. The BKS player carried the ball several dozen metres before producing an effective shot to make it 3–0. Just five minutes later, Piotr Dzięgleski shot at Sokół’s goal. The goalkeeper managed to parry the ball, but he was helpless when Marek Majka followed up. The visitors managed to score a consolation goal in the 76th minute. Marcin Pruchnicki got on the scoresheet. BKS Bobrzanie – Sokół Wielka Lipa 4–1 (2–0). After the 10th round of the competition, BKS are ninth in the table with 13 points.
