16 October 2013 at the Bolesławiec Tax Office (from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Customer Service Room on the ground floor), a mobile ZIP (Integrated Patient Information System) station will be set up. It will be possible to register with the National Health Fund system and receive a login and password. This information will allow everyone to access their medical history from 2008 onwards, as well as a list of prescribed reimbursed medicines. It will also be possible to check one’s current insurance status in e-WUŚ.
Adults interested in accessing ZIP should appear in person with proof of identity (an identity card or passport). More information on the National Health Fund website.
