The incident occurred on Sunday, September 15, on Starzyńskiego Street in Bolesławiec. Local residents heard a bang coming from a basement belonging to a tenant who died some time ago (no one had entered the room for a long time). A fire broke out, but it has already been extinguished. Fortunately, no one was injured. The basements are being ventilated.
As we have learned, this was not an explosion of a gas installation. Two fire service units, the police, the gas emergency service and the power emergency service were at the scene. The causes of the explosion and fire are not yet known.
