– For a city like Bolesławiec, with only 40,000 residents, this is an excellent result – comments Edyta Bystra, representing the investor, Antan Development. – We are seeing a steady number of visitors to our center, as well as consistently high turnover among tenants. In addition, August was the best month of the current year, with attendance matching the statistics for December and the pre-Christmas period. This is unprecedented: every month, BCC is visited by approximately 150,000 customers. We are pleased that the gallery’s offering, as well as the center itself, has appealed to residents of the city and surrounding area. The fact that BCC has no direct competition is also significant: it is the only facility of this kind located near the historic center.
– It is worth emphasizing that we have created an optimal tenant mix, consisting of stores belonging to the LPP Group, such as Mohito, Reserved and House, a CCC store, Rossmann, POLOMarket, as well as boutiques operated by local entrepreneurs. The tenants’ results are so good that LPP has decided to open two more stores in Bolesławiec: Sinsay and Cropp. They are scheduled to open on September 27 – Edyta Bystra points out.
– We are also planning to launch a bed & breakfast hotel in the center, with approximately 30 double rooms. We are currently looking for an operator interested in managing it – Bystra adds.
