Preliminary, as yet unofficial information indicates that Jerzy Szmajdziński of the Democratic Left Alliance won the most votes in Bolesławiec in the Sejm election. He was followed by Cezary Przybylski of the Civic Platform, and then Jan Cołokidzi of the Democratic Party.
It is very likely that Bolesławiec will not have its own representative in the Sejm.
Before midnight, only one precinct electoral commission had delivered its report to Bolesławiec Town Hall, where the plenipotentiary of the Legnica Constituency Electoral Commission is based.
Voter turnout in Bolesławiec was approximately 39 percent.
