The award ceremony took place during Wednesday’s session of the City Council. The Mayor of Bolesławiec presented the young hero with a computer. The Rector of the Medical Academy gave the boy a bicycle. Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the County Council funded the textbooks. The books needed for school were given not only to Krystian but also to his siblings.
During the ceremony, Krystian was accompanied by his mother, who also received a letter of commendation.
