Maciej Szewczyk, a BKS Bolesławiec youth product and currently a player for Alemannia Aachen (Germany), has received another call-up to the Poland U-19 national team. After training consultations and winning matches against Georgia, Maciek was called up to the training camp in Legnica and for our national team’s match against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The match will take place on 15 May at the Municipal Stadium in Legnica (al. Orła Białego), with kick-off at 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
The match in Legnica will be the national team’s final test before the European Championship qualifying matches, which will take place at the beginning of June. We are keeping our fingers crossed for our players, and especially for Maciek.

The match ended in a 1–3 defeat for Poland. Martin Kobylański scored Poland’s consolation goal in the 14th minute.
