The Bolesławiec City Hall informs residents that the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the city require property owners to clear mud, snow, ice, sand and other contaminants from the pavement located directly along the property boundary.
This obligation must be fulfilled often enough to ensure the safety of people using the pavement. Any sand remaining after winter maintenance operations must be removed immediately once the reason for its use has ceased. Mud, snow, ice and sand must be collected in a way that does not disrupt pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
Public roads are cleaned by their administrator according to an established schedule.
