The children from the Branch of Municipal Public Preschool No. 3 remembered their beloved grandmothers and grandfathers. The celebrations with their participation took place over several days so that each group (the older children, middle group and youngest children) could take turns performing for their guests.

The meetings organized at the preschool gave the grandchildren an opportunity to show off their recitation, singing, dancing and acting skills in front of their loved ones.

In beautifully decorated rooms, the preschoolers presented extraordinary artistic programs. Each of them had been prepared over several weeks under the guidance of their teachers.

The poems recited by the children moved more than one heart, while the dances, songs and performances put the invited guests in a joyful mood. The grandmothers’ and grandfathers’ faces showed not only happy smiles but also tears of emotion, as the young performers passionately played their roles and directed tender words toward them.

All the guests were delighted and extremely proud of their grandchildren, and they rewarded their performances with loud applause. After the artistic part ended, the guests were presented with gifts made by the children themselves and received good wishes.

There were greeting cards, hearts, flowers, little vases, fans and ties. The meetings ended with sweet refreshments prepared by the children’s parents and the facility’s staff, as well as pleasant conversations.

The very pleasant atmosphere of all three celebrations, the ambitious repertoire, the perfect mastery of extensive texts, the enjoyable acting and extraordinary dance routines—and above all, the grandchildren’s love expressed through wishes, kisses and hugs—meant that after the celebrations the grandmothers and grandfathers left the preschool in excellent spirits.
