On Monday, November 5, Albin Kulesza, the longtime manager of the “Jutrzenka” Song and Dance Ensemble and co-creator of the South Slavic Culture Festival, died. The man lost his battle with cancer. He was 75. The editorial team of Istotne.pl extends its sincerest condolences to the deceased’s family.
Albin Kulesza’s funeral will be held on November 9 (Friday) at 2:00 p.m. at the municipal cemetery in Bolesławiec.
“He was a wonderful person, and I always worked very well with him,” recalls Elżbieta Tor, choreographer and supervisor of the “Ziemi Bolesławieckiej” Song and Dance Ensemble. “He solved all problems very quickly, very well and very wisely. He was deeply involved in Balkan culture, even though he himself did not come from Bosnia. He was a very good person, and I am extremely sorry that he has passed away.”
