At 800 676 676, the free Citizens’ Helpline of the Commissioner for Human Rights is available. People from all over Poland can call from both landlines and mobile phones belonging to the following networks: Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile.

By calling 800 676 676, you can obtain basic information about human rights and the powers of the Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as learn everything about anti-discrimination law. If the matter is not related to the powers of the Commissioner for Human Rights, the Helpline staff try to provide information on where to refer the matter in order to obtain assistance.

The free telephone line – the Citizens’ Helpline of the Commissioner for Human Rights – is open:

  • on Mondays, from 10:00 to 18:00
  • from Tuesday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00
