The County Championships of Upper-Secondary Schools in Beach Volleyball are over. On Wednesday, 30 May, the final matches of the competition were played at the MOSiR Water and Sports Centre. In the girls’ category, the team from II Liceum Ogólnokształcące proved the best, playing in the following line-up: Dorota Burdyna, Dominika Mienculewicz and Zofia Lenkiewicz. The champion team’s coach is Edyta Kwiecińska. The volleyball players from I LO finished second, while representatives of Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych took third place.
In the boys’ category, the county championship was won by volleyball players from Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych, who competed in the following line-up: Łukasz Krawiec and Robert Walkowiak. The team’s coach is Michał Sobczyszyn. The team from Zespół Szkół Budowlanych took second place, and the team from I LO finished third.
The championships were organised by the Inter-School Sports Centre, which operates within Powiatowe Centrum Edukacji i Kształcenia Kadr.
