On Saturday, 28 April, BKS Bobrzanie's senior team faced Olimpia Kamienna Góra. Our team approached the match with great determination. From the opening minutes, BKS dominated every aspect of play on the pitch. The only reservations concerned the accuracy of their shots. Łukasz Filipiak had several chances to open the scoring. Before the quarter-hour mark, Paweł Dzięgleski and Jacek Bochnia both wasted two good opportunities. Most of these chances were one-on-one situations with the goalkeeper. Unfortunately, the shots were either off target or went straight at the goalkeeper. In the 15th minute, Łukasz Filipiak hit the post. The first goal came in the 22nd minute. Paweł Dzięgleski scored. Łukasz Filipiak provided the assist. In the 39th minute, Bolesławiec were awarded a free kick. Łukasz Filipiak's quick pass to Paweł Żmudziński caught the visitors off guard. Paweł Żmudziński scored. BKS led 2:0 at half-time. It is worth noting that during the first half the visitors managed only one dangerous shot at Bartosz Bochnia's goal. However, our goalkeeper managed to punch the fiercely struck ball away.
Bolesławiec did not slow down in the second half. In the 59th minute, Jacek Bochnia had another chance to score. Unfortunately, the player hit the goalkeeper. Two minutes later, Łukasz Filipiak provided another assist. Łukasz Graczyk converted the pass into a goal for BKS. In the 68th minute, Krzysztof Janicki, who had come onto the pitch just three minutes earlier, set the final score. BKS comfortably defeated Olimpia Kamienna Góra 4:0 (2:0). The victory could have been even bigger, but our players failed to convert many good chances. Łukasz Filipiak came closest to scoring. Unfortunately, he hit the crossbar. In their next match, Bolesławiec will face Łużyce Lubań away. The match will be played on 3 May.
