Tadeusz Kupczak met all the requirements set out in the recruitment announcement. He will take up the position of director of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Bolesławiec in March this year.
Kupczak has nearly 29 years of work experience. He was the mayor of Leśna, head of the District Family Support Centre in Lubań and chair of the Disability Assessment Team. Most recently, he was employed as head of the Municipal and Community Social Welfare Centre in Leśna.
The MOPS director has a university degree. He graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and completed postgraduate studies specialising in Social Welfare Organisation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław. He also completed a training course for PRIDE Programme trainers: “Foster Family Care / Adoption”; at that time, he also underwent training for chairs of disability assessment teams. In 2010, Tadeusz Kupczak completed postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Management, Computer Science and Finance of Wrocław University of Economics. He also took part in numerous specialist training courses in the field of social welfare.
