The incident took place in Złotoryja County. Upon arrival, firefighters determined that an unfortunate accident had occurred. A farm tractor ran over a man. The injured man was transported by family members to an apartment, where he received assistance from the medical emergency team that arrived at the scene.
Due to his serious injuries and life-threatening condition, the Polish Medical Air Rescue Service was dispatched to the scene.
The actions of firefighters from the State Fire Service and Volunteer Fire Service consisted of securing the scene and preparing and securing a landing site for the Polish Medical Air Rescue helicopter.
Firefighters from Złotoryja, Świerzawa and Sokołowiec, a medical emergency team, a police patrol and the Polish Medical Air Rescue Service took part in the rescue operation.
