On 13 September 2026, Piotr Hetel, the long-serving President of the Management Board of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative, died.

He was an outstanding specialist, lawyer, licensed property manager and property valuer who for years worked for the local community with full commitment and professionalism.
