On Saturday (October 1), BKS Bobrzanie hosted Włókniarz Mirsk. There is little to say about the first half of the match except that it took place. Apart from two blocked shots by Łukasz Graczyk and an inaccurate effort by Łukasz Filipiak, our team played very poorly. The game was played mainly in the middle of the pitch. The visitors from Mirsk also did not push the pace. The visiting team focused on defending and tried to counterattack. In the 44th minute, the visitors launched an attack and scored a “locker-room” goal against the Bolesławiec team. Dawid Grygiel was entered on the scoresheet.

After the break, the Bolesławiec team began to play more aggressively, but it was the visitors who scored the second goal. In the 49th minute, BKS goalkeeper Kamil Kulesza struggled to save a shot by Rafał Śliwiński. In the 53rd minute, Jarosław Wichowski scored to make it 2–0 for the visitors. After conceding the second goal, BKS coach Marcin Ciliński made changes. Patryk Kubik came on for Mateusz Mucha. Mateusz Świca replaced Łukasz Graczyk, while Damian Kamuda came on for Marek Kumoś. In the 82nd minute, BKS scored a goal to get back into the match. Łukasz Filipiak took the corner. Jacek Bochnia rose highest to the ball and beat the Mirsk goalkeeper with a header. The visitors’ goal was under siege until the end of the match. In the 88th minute, Damian Kamuda capitalized on the goalmouth scramble and confidently beat the Włókniarz goalkeeper. Our team rescued a draw at the last moment.

Unfortunately, with performances like this, BKS can at most fight for a mid-table finish in the regional league, rather than for a return to the fourth tier. A lack of flair, a lack of shots and a lack of ideas in attack—especially around the opponents’ penalty area—were the biggest shortcomings visible in Saturday’s match. Next Saturday (October 8), BKS will play away in Raciborowice. The match will start at 1:00 p.m.. In the last round, the local GKS lost the municipal derby against Warta Bolesławiecka 1–2.

BKS: Kulesza – Powroźnik, Pietrzak, Mucha (55' Kubik), Kumoś (yellow card) (63' Kamuda), Wojciechowski, Klimas (yellow card), Żmudziński (80' Bryłkowski), Bochnia, Filipiak, Graczyk (58' Świca).
