After arriving at the scene, firefighters confirmed the report. The fire involved a wooden shelter adjoining the residential building.
Thanks to the quick response of the neighbors and the efficiently conducted firefighting operation, the firefighters managed to bring the fire under control and prevent it from spreading to the building. Losses were kept to a minimum.
Units from the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Lwówek Śląski, as well as volunteer firefighters from OSP Zbylutów and OSP Chmielno, took part in the rescue and firefighting operations.
