In the 2011/2012 season, BKS Bobrzanie will compete in the Jelenia Góra regional league. Our team will begin its league campaign this coming Sunday (14 August). BKS will face Olsza Olszyna Lubańska away. Two experienced footballers will strengthen BKS Bobrzanie. Wojciech Olszowiak plays as a forward. The footballer has played for, among others, Zagłębie Lubin, Czarni Żagań and Górnik Polkowice. The second experienced player who will play in BKS colours is Paweł Żmudziński. Paweł plays as a midfielder. He has extensive experience, having played for, among others, Chrobry Głogów, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała and Arka Nowa Sól.
The following players have returned to BKS: Łukasz Graczyk (previously Kotwica Kórnik), Błażej Rajchel (previously GKS Warta Bolesławiecka), Marek Kumoś (returning from a military mission) and Rafał Mazur (junior goalkeeper, previously Chrobry Głogów). The team will also include: Łukasz Filipiak, Ariel Sworacki, Mateusz Mucha, Józef Pietrzak, Krzysztof Janicki, Jan Wojciechowski, Marcin Głowacki, Jacek Bochnia, Mateusz Świca, Radosław Powroźnik and goalkeepers Bartosz Bochnia and Kamil Kulesza. Adam Klimas is also expected to return to the team at the end of August.
The following players have left the team: Chrystian Serkies (transferred to AKS Strzegom), Przemysław Kotlarz (transferred to AKS Strzegom), Emil Nowakowski (transferred to Konfeks Legnica), Mateusz Nowakowski (transferred to Orkan Szczedrzykowice), Kamil Mielnik (returned to Czarni Lwówek Śląski), Jakub Wołyński (transferred to Leśnik Osiecznica). Karol Bendarowski will not be seen at BKS.
The BKS squad for the upcoming season combines experience with youth. Will it produce the desired result of BKS returning to the IV league? Everything will be decided on the pitch.
