The interior of the hall will be divided up. It will probably become a typical retail park with separate entrances to individual premises (stores), similar to Stara Mleczarnia and Oto Park.

Residents of Bolesławiec are watching new investments across the city with great interest. In the case of the investment at 49 aleja Tysiąclecia (the former Tesco site), the questions most often asked are: which stores will appear in the new retail park, and whether the former, now devastated, petrol station serving the supermarket will be reopened.

Meanwhile, we present several photos showing the progress of the work:

Various unofficial reports are circulating among residents. In conversations, chain names such as Action, Aldi and Netto are mentioned. Earlier, unofficial reports also suggested that a Bricomarché store might open there, and even that the Imperium nightclub could return to part of the building.

Over the past few months, we contacted the Action chain twice to ask about the possible opening of a new store in Bolesławiec. In response, we were informed that at that time the chain had no information about opening a store in our city. The responses also stated that the chain would provide ongoing information about future new-store openings.

We are currently awaiting official information from the investor redeveloping the property.
