On Thursday, June 16, the Guardian plant was officially opened in a subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The investment is worth €25 million. The new plant already employs 130 people. Ultimately, 240 employees will work here.
“Today’s ceremony is important for Bolesławiec not only because a modern workplace has been created in our city, but above all because the headquarters of a recognised and reliable company, which has been operating on global markets since the 1930s, has been built here,” Piotr Roman, President of Bolesławiec, said during the plant’s opening.
“Thanks to good cooperation with officials, we can effectively conduct our business, which brings tangible benefits to the city, its residents and the company,” Enrique Martinez, Managing Director of Guardian Automotive Poland, emphasised.
